Urban will serve as the coordinator with anchor, education, and service provider partners to implement the comprehensive, results-driven People Plan based on a detailed resident needs assessment and other primary data. Outcomes will be achieved by leveraging proven and innovative programs provided by People program partners, coordinated and tracked by case management provided by Urban, and monitored against the People Plan. Urban, with the support of the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento (HACOS), has secured financial commitments from multiple public and private partners in support of a sustainable People Strategy.
